The love I have for food

Food is a place where I find both inspiration and purpose. I love cooking and exploring the value of food as more than just nourishment. For me, it’s all about creativity and respect for food commodities. Food is life and art.

Just as in astronomy, I approach food with curiosity and precision, always eager to learn and test new ideas. One of my dreams is to bring what I’ve learned in astronomy, such as systems thinking and analysis, into the food system of the future.
